TRAVEL CONDITIONS
In all travel arrangements for travel from this program, if not different in the following, the ANVR Conditions apply. The trips are therefore only offered to the express condition of applicability. For a copy of these conditions please contact us. We expect that you well aware of our conditions for the sake of both ours and your rights and obligations.

GITES DE
This guide also recognised as a number of houses "Gîtes de France", these houses are under the supervision of the French organisation restored and are annually checked for quality, condition and furniture.

RESERVATIONS
You can check the availability of the house of your choice directly on our website. If you would like to reserve the house please fill out the booking form or e-mail us. The booking is definite. Within a day, we still call or e-mail to contact you to confirm your reservation. After this confirmation you receive an invoice by mail about payment of the deposit and final payment. The deposit must be paid within 14 days.

PRICES
Prices since November 13 2010 are listed on the website. These prices are with a small reservation.
The prices of accommodations can be found subject to the price tables, and are listed in Euros, per apartment, per week unless otherwise stated. If there is € 0, the price is provided on request.

PAYMENT
At registration, 50% of the price must be paid (unless otherwise agreed), along with any administration fees and cancellation insurance premiums. The remainder of the payment and any travel insurance must be paid at the latest four weeks before trip. In the case of bookings within 8 weeks before the start of the holiday, the total rent, including other costs must be paid immediately. For reservations within 4 weeks before departure, the full payment must be made immediately by online transfer, via a post office or by telephone.

ADMINISTRATION
Per booking: €24 administration fee.

LODGING TAX
In some cases, you must pay a "taxe de sejour", which is usually a small amount of €0.15 to €0.70 per person per day, usually for people aged 14 years or over.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
If the full payment in our possession, you will receive your travel documents at home approximately two weeks before departure. This will be an itinerary about your rental home and practical information on the key holder.

OVERNIGHT HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
If you need interim hotel accommodation we can usually reserve a room in a "Logis de France" hotel in

DEPOSIT
In most cases you have to pay a deposit on arrival. In some cases, the amount must be made to France Individuelle (Fi Holiday Homes), in others to the holiday home owner. The deposit (less any accrued charges, e.g. cleaning, electricity, heating, breakage or damage) will be refunded eith upon departure or, in some cases, one week after departure. The amount of the deposit is listed in your travel documents.

RENTAL PERIOD
The rental period begins the first Saturday (unless otherwise stated) at 16.00 and ends the last Saturday at 10.00. Outside the peak season, it is also possible, in most cases, to make reservations for a few days longer or shorter.

WATER, GAS, ELECTRICITY
Unless otherwise stated in the rental price includes electricity and cold water up to 8 kW per day (normal use).
When booking we can pass the additional costs. If you use any more the additional charge can becalculated. Cylinders are connected. Empty cylinders can be replaced in some homes in the

CLEANING
Upon arrival you will find the house clean. We expect you to leave it clean when you leave. It will be indicated in your travel documents what cleaning needs to be done and whether cleaning services are provided or not. Even if the cleaning is done for you, should you leave the house neat, clean and tidy and clean the kitchen.

DISCLAIMER
During the stay the tenant is liable for the home, and all things that belong to the rented property. France Individuelle Ltd (Fi Holiday Homes) accepts no liability or responsibility for damages and inconveniences in any form and by any caused by the tenant and others in or near the rented house. We encourage you to verify that you have a good liability insurance.
The descriptions on the website and the brochure are provided with the greatest care. France Individuelle (Fi Holiday Homes) are not liable for inconveniences resulting from changes in intermediate situations, regardless of fault and / or knowledge.
If France Individuelle (Fi Holiday Homes) for other reasons beyond its debt is forced to cancel the booking, the tenant will be offered another house of similar nature. If this should prove inadequate we will refund amounts paid
However, no compensation will be paid for any loss or inconvenieces.

COMPLAINTS
If, despite our careful selection and control, on arrival you find a flaw or defect at the destination finds, you must report it immediately to the landlord or manager, so they are in a position to resolve the complaint. If the complaint can not be resolved on the spot, you should immediately contact France Individuelle (Fi Holiday Homes). An early departure without prior consultation and mutual agreement or complaints not reported immediately but in retrospect, are not dealt with, and liberate France Individuelle (Fi Holiday Homes) of any obligation or compensation.

PEOPLE
Without consultation, the maximum number of people must not be exceeded (even temporarily). The placement of tent or caravan in the garden is not allowed. Immediate termination of the lease may result in the case of failure to comply.

LINENS
In general you must bring your ownb bed linen, towels and tea towels, unless otherwise stated in the property description. Blankets and pillows are standard. In some homes it is possible to rent bed linen, this must be specified when booking. Rent costs of linen are usually stated in the travel package.

POOLS
The private pools are usually usable from mid May to late September. Since 2005, most enclosed swimming pools have an alarm system fitted.

PET
Pets are not allowed in all homes, this is mentioned in the text. If you wish to bring a pet then you must always specify this when booking, and the number of animals. You will have to carry a basket. Pets are strictly prohibited from staying in bedrooms.

Cancellation by the traveler:
Cancellation until 42 days before arrival: 30% of the fare
Cancellation from the 42nd day (inclusive) until the day 28 days before arrival: 60% of the fare
Cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) until the day of arrival: 90% of the fare
Cancellation on the day of arrival or later: the complete amount.
